As a pre-med student, ACE certified personal trainer, and lifetime sports/fitness junkie, I can assure you that what happens in the weight room is only a small piece of the wellness puzzle.
After my younger brother experienced a serious health crisis, my commitment to wellness deepened in a profound way. Although I'm not necessarily grateful for the diagnosis, I appreciate the many lessons along the way & know with certainty that it's my purpose to share these lessons with anyone who will listen.
God has blessed us with an amazing body that has the power to do extraordinary things when kept in balance. As a trainer, and future doctor, I want to get to personally know my patients and I want them to understand holistic principles (The Big Six) so they can do extraordinary things during their one brilliant life!
